ESSENCE Live Festival Edition (live event)

ESSENCE Live was a daily live show on ESSENCE.com and sponsored by Samsung. For the ESSENCE Music Festival, Christina produced (4) hourlong live episodes from the festival grounds and shot 17 Samsung-sponsored video packages to insert into the episodes. In addition to appearances by Kelly Rowland, Mary J. Blige and Common at Samsung’s activation booth, the team also had live performances by Chrisette Michele and Lecrae. The livestream contributed to an overall 1.3B impressions on ESSENCE.com in four days.
iDATE (pilot)
Co-Creator and Executive Producer
When Christina was managing development for MTV’s East Coast Reality Development team, she co-created and executive produced this original dating concept with another VP of Development. This pilot was inspired by her real life experiences with online dating. Developing the first data-driven dating format for MTV, she also secured a partnership with OkCupid and a talent appearance by its co-founder, Christian Rudder.
JOBS UNLISTED (Season 1)

Christina developed and produced the series by writing the format, casting, directing field shoots and overseeing post. Inspired by his real life friends who were struggling to find employment, Speedy (host) wanted to showcase some of the most interesting and artistic careers available to young people of color today. In this episode, he explores the career of a celebrity chef via Amaris Jones and Rick Ross stops by to judge for himself if Speedy has what it takes to be the Da Boss’ chef.
GK NOW (Season 1)

Scripps Networks (now Discovery) launched Genius Kitchen (via now Discovery Digital Studios), a multi-platform digital media brand aimed at young adults (ages 21-35) who are passionate about food, cooking and culture. GK Now was the flagship show for the platform along with many other original series. As the field producer, Christina pitched segments, directed talent and the field shoots, oversaw delivery with an editor, and occasionally floor produced in the studio.

In Viceland's first-ever live special for the 2016 elections, Christina led one of two field teams with correspondent Pia Glenn who reported activity and reactions from Hillary Clinton supporters. She also prepped Pia on show segments and topics, and operated the LiveU backpack system.
KITTEN BOWL VI and CAT BOWL

One of the most anticipated events on television is the annual Kitten Bowl. For the sixth season, Christina produced all the field packages with talent correspondent, Boomer Esiason. In addition to capturing his social videos, Christina and the team also captured his tour of the animal shelter and shot packages around real adopters on-site and at home.
